TM44- Aircon Inspections​
Failure to produce a current inspection report may lead to a £300 fine. On April 6th 2012 it was made mandatory that all AC Inspections must be lodged.
​Energy Performance Certificates & Display Energy Certificates​
Energy Performance Certificates are required on any premises in the UK which are bought, sold or let to a new tenant.

The penalty for failure to display a DEC is £500 and a further £1000 for failing to obtain an Advisory Report.
