Display Energy Certificates

 

The purpose of introducing DECs is to raise public awareness of energy consumption by informing visitors to public buildings about energy use. DECs provide an energy rating of the building from A to G, where A is very efficient and G is the least efficient.

  2. Provide reccomendations outside the OR Tool
  3. Provide an implementation strategy
  4. Review the DEC periodically before end of year

Air-Conditioning Assessments - TM44

 

All buildings with air conditioning systems of over 12kW are required to have an inspection and report.

What we do....

Savings are possible,  as having your air-conditioning system inspected by an Energy Assessor can identify efficiency improvements and reduce your electricity consumption, operating costs and carbon emissions.

  1. Utilise the time of the assessor on site to identify oportunities for savings.
  2. Provide a savings matrix.
  3. Provide advice on site.

Energy Performance Certificates

 

Energy Performance Certificates are required on any premises in the UK which are bought, sold or let to a new tenant. As from April 2012 they are also a requirement if a building owner seeks Feed in Tariffs from Solar installations. Solicitors will ask for an EPC before a property transaction can take place.
